First of all, let me say that much of what the company is saying is not necessarily the truth. But considering just how similar all of the steps that were taken to discourage investment in this company and how they are almost identical to those same discouragements received over The La Ronge Gold project, grandstanding over 'the failure' is grossly misleading.

This is a scorched earth policy. Nowhere do I see any attempt to compare news releases with sat photos in the media. They are so absolutely certain of the colossal stupidity here, that they are uncertain who it is who's being swindled.

Why I would chose GBN.V over RMX.TO is the The La Ronge Gold Project has multiple ore sites and possibly world class deposits. They start at surface and there's room for growth. They also have far fewer shares outstanding. Neither company needs to raise capital, even though Rubicon claims they will have to.

But Rubicon is now desperately hiding the very development that they've been working on for years. Once somebody had asked me whether I knew of any other company engaged in the same scorched earth policy, and I couldn't think of any. But here's the clearest example of the same type of thing.

They are probably hiding a rich pay streak instead of revealing what they have, because they absolutely no longer need any investors, obviously, and no longer need to raise any capital. So they level a shotgun at the shareholders and pull the trigger point blank. They are also wiping out the nettlesome shareholders.

One thing to look for is if the hack geologists running the company are shorting the shares trying to stuff their jeans, either borrowing shares to open a short position, or 'shorting the box.' It's when they settle their short positions finally that indicate light at the end of the tunnel.
