This is something I had been searching for in the last few years, some cogent archival material.

Note how their mine plan had an initial four year phase before shutdown. The expansion plan in place since that time could not be achieved due to low share prices going in to 1992. The Decade Mine also had a short lived first phase that did not pan out in the 1970's. The Star Lake Mine also had a short initial phase with a smaller mill in the 1980's.
