via Bing Maps - Tower Lake
The Tower Lake Location clearly shows the hydro development line and can be followed over its entire length from Island Falls to Key Lake. Saskatchewan is entirely dependant on mining, so keeping Cameco alive is probably a priority. Adding capacity to the grid will also benefit GBN.V on its expansion plan.
GBN is included in these expansion plans, since a 25kv line was fed to the Jolu Mill from this line.
Not only that, but scarification on the East side of Tower Lake suggests the Phantom Zone has more to offer than a speculative growth of the whole Tower Lake/Phantom Zone complex. If you zoom in on the accommodation trailers located on the shore, you will begin to make out a large quantity of drill core boxes.
Considering the length of road that you would have to build for an internal haul road to the Jolu Mill from Tower Lake, the placing of the waste rock stockpile beside the EP Zone suggests that they are going to upgrade the road from Tower Lake to Waddy Lake and use that instead.
