There are still people with untapped equity in their homes, despite the housing rout, and can back up the truck with the lowest borrowing rates in history. That means GBN.V better be ready with a yield, if they want to be a success. As an example, nobody is putting money into Continental Gold, despite an extraordinary deposit. No production, no yield, nobody backs up the truck.
