Saskatchewan's SECRET Gold Mining Development.
via PROCON - Ongoing Projects
Note that Procon states the ore processed from the Roy Lloyd Mine in August 2013 at the Jolu Mill is high grade, (not low-grade) at a time when the mill was presumably shut down. Of course, we find out later that the mine was actually in full operation. Later, the same shut down was declared in February, 2014 a year ago, which was proven false by sat photos demonstrating a reduction of stockpiles at the Roy Lloyd Mine in August, 2014.
"During the week of August 18-24, 2013, the mill at the La Ronge Gold Project site poured two dore gold/silver bars for a total gross weight of 1,562.577 ounces. The bar was produced from high grade ore mined by Procon at the nearby Roy Lloyd mine (formerly the Bingo Mine), also part of the La Ronge Gold Project owned by Golden Band Resources."
If this is considered an average production run, yearly production would be in the ~80k oz. range, and this is after upgrading. Yet the company recorded an egregious loss for fiscal 2014. The only way this could occur is if the bulk of production is being escrowed, otherwise there would be significant accounting malfeasance.(losses are attributable therefore to pre-paid cost for development, and prepaid taxable revenue.)
The company has reported pouring 900 oz. bars. Fiscal 2015(which ends in April) would be entirely from stockpiles at virtually no cost, since the shut down was declared a year ago.
