It looks very bad for GBN.V to be withholding information on their development, and their balance sheet when Claude Resources had been operating through the downturn in yr. 2000 and continues to produce in the present correction.
There is no embarrassment to proudly presenting solid results to the shareholder, unless you are intentionally defrauding investors and have something to hide. A good example would be paying former directors an exorbitant consulting fee for a few days' work with no accounts receivable.
