If financial regulators have persistently overlooked the preposterously absurd fabrications of this company in previous years, then likely the same will continue for the forseeable future.

Netolitzky has gone to great lengths with the help of Cormark(Sprott) in order that the company appears to be in a final phase. He short-sold 5m. GBN.V shares, opened in March 2012, and closed Dec. 2013 on the last trading day. (netting over $1m.) But this is like George Brown, who faints, has one of the musicians throw a cape around him, then suprisingly jumps out with yet another final refrain. Sprott works hand in hand with this company.

The one thing they can't do is bankrupt the company, but they have otherwise tried every last available gimmick and loophole in order to appear a swindle. Anyone going through the balance sheet and financial declarations would have the stomach churning revulsion of dining on a corpse.(The offers have come back, btw. 100k shares available @2 cents.)

A company that declares commercial production then goes about losing money would be covering up the fact that they have spent ~$160m. in the first phase of production, planning for growth.
