The daily chart with the addition of the accumulation/distribution line shows that a 5 million-share position was opened just prior to the signing of the Waterton agreement and settled at the close of the 2013 calendar year.

With this chart in mind, news headlines in the Golden Band website fall into place from the opening to the closing of the move. Especially since subordinated production numbers are recorded on the balance sheet and the material fact is not forthcoming. (subordinated production numbers are used in the engineering report which preceded early production startup - which was not reported) The close of this move was on the Friday before final trading days of the 2013 calendar year.
