Saskatchewan's SECRET Gold Mining Development.
Boss Power
If you had followed the story of Boss Power through the news releases, you would think that Mr. Beruschi was a johnny-come lately.
The insider report tells a different tale. Netolitzky went out of his way to completely trash Beruschi in an acrimonious proxy battle hoping to fend off claims.
Beruschi won a supreme court settlement after all was said an done, mostly because he was one of the people with the most claims.
Beruschi is the biggest shareholder of the company both directly and indirectly owning shares.
Now Netolitzky is becoming embroiled in legal issues. Why not just pay the money from the B.C. Government and call it a day? To him, it's about being right, and staying in control of the company. He won the proxy battle, but lost the legal battle. The appeals court has now proven him wrong, and is losing control of a situation that is being managed via lawsuit.
In the end, it's about making money. Just distribute the money to the shareholders and wind down Boss Power, since they lost the right to explore for Uranium in that province. The uranium thing, the mania is totally gone, and the technology obsolescent.
If it's all about control issues and ego about being right with Netolitzky, which seems to be the case, then GBN.V shareholders will be dragged unnecessarily through the same thing. The BPU.V shareholders have been left wanting, much like the GBN.V shareholders.
