Treasury bill rates are recording an historical low today at the close, on stockcharts.com that means 0.003. The chart is showing a rate that is 10X the actual treasury bill rate:

Any hint that rates could go negative have been removed from MarketWatch. When the rate has gone negative in the last year, that is now recorded as 0.005:

Gold is also in backwardation, if you remove the April contract from the futures chain, since April contract expirty was last week:

Gold does not have an interest rate, which can be a good thing should interest rates go nominal negative at the short end of the yield curve.
