A plan of arrangement, which is so opportunistic it's not funny, is being offerred for Brigus. Brigus is the other gold producer in Saskatchewan aside from Claude Resources and GBN.V.

It's not enough that you can buy companies for cash at a discount, you wave paper in people's faces.
