GBN.V was down on a day when any gold stock should be rallying. No sign that the June 15, 2011 trades on ATS were being factored in before the close, though all gold stocks were showing similar trading discrepancies.

Why should trades presumably concluded over a year ago suddenly show up?

I keep hoping that I'm wrong about Netolitzky being short his own company and meticulously arranging that production never sees the light of day. Selling into the downtick is perfectly legal, while buying at market will get you dragged before the OSC and accused of manipulating markets:
