I would personally be very concerned if my gold had gone missing from the COMEX warehouse.

If I were to trade in any commodity, stocks, bonds, forex on the futures markets, I would be equally concerned about failures to deliver causing my account to be summarily 'bailed-in.' ETFs are also at risk in the bail-in provisions in every Western nation.
