Aurico just implemented a dividend policy. If GBN.V were in full production, they could implement a very similar dividend policy with a comparable payout.

But since Netolitzky has closed down the company, fired his long-term directors, and financially destroyed the shareholders, and is running a shell company of no value, he will be unable to make a competing claim.

What will he resort to in the end? Claiming that he has a plan when he has only acted on impulse and literally pulled the carpet out from under the investment case time and again? That he's going to build a new mill when no permitting is in place and no available financing? That he is running the company in the shareholder interest when he has demanded that the company be run in a hare-brained fashion and wiped out any opposition with his minority position?

What will he say now, that competing interests have seen through his game and can easily steal the company out from under him, which he spent his lifetime building?This man has has truly lost it, IMO.
