Saskatchewan's SECRET Gold Mining Development.
This is merely the continuation of the drastic curtailment of production entered into a year ago. If you were so involved in building a road, wouldn't you want the most ore to be processed so as to ensure productive capacity during the building of the road, especially since you have an ore stockpile right beside the mill? This is clearly a decision to restrict growth.
The outcome is clearly in direct contrast to statements the company made concerning Komis production. The company has the wherewithal to produce 500tpd for processing at the mill, without being impacted by road building in the least.
The road might need to see some improvement, but you have to remember that GBN.V is clearly intended to be a shell company of no value. The company is meant to operate in penury while its costs are far below the spot price of gold. This latest fiasco is a likely story.
The board was fired because they dissented. (they 'recused' themselves by not buying 40 million shares each) There is probably enough capacity and the company has the wherewithal to operate fully while engaged in development elsewhere, as they have demonstrated in the past.
