What affects GBN.V share prices and subsequently has impacted the shareholders in the worst way can be summed up in one quick phrase:

"The Company does not intend to disclose developments with respect to this review and evaluation until such time as the Board of Directors approves a course of action."

The board has decided that it will run the company, not any qualified mining executive with decision-making power. Its a very basic management problem that you learn about in business 101, that the board should not run the company.

This is the source of the apparent conflict of interest.

It's not much more complicated than that.

For once they tell the truth.
