via SafeHaven - Miners Near Major Bottom

People have been calling a bottom in mining shares for a while, so here is another call. Safe to say that the S&P is at a high while mining stocks are at or near their lows.

It's been impossible to determine what the low will be in GBN.V shares. We have been awaiting a bottom and a positive outlook for years. A bottom will come, but GBN.V management clearly prefers to pull the carpet out from under the investment case. They have one sole option open to them, and that is to flip the property to a bigger player.

They've been running a shell company that satisfies legal requirements at a minimum; presumably mining at one end while developing at the other. They have been successful at presenting an absurdly preposterously badly conceived mining scenario, if only to prevent anyone from playing in their little sandbox. There is no business plan, and no intent to create shareholder value at all. Thus the company has no value.

I'm thinking that the bottom in GBN.V shares will come at the same time as a rally in gold prices, in order to fulfill a technical condition against the gold/silver ratio.

We really have been waiting for a breakout in gold prices, after all, so the rest is moot.
