Conclusions

One of the words that most suits the investment scenario in GBN.V is standstill. Has the GBN.V management consciously signed confidentiality agreements with every last suitor or large investor, arriving at a complete standstill in the stock?

And have they almost exclusively relied on the retail investor, knowing that they won't have any idea of what to look for or what to demand and thus not notice when certain information is not forthcoming?

Two things to remember prior to earnings for the fiscal year end 2012 to be reported by the end of August(10 business days):

• The cash postion goes unreported. Cash drawdowns are from operational surplusses.
• Whatever surface and underground drilling work had been completed in prior months(or since 2007) on the Roy Lloyd mine expansion goes unreported.
