End of August is the time limit on financial reporting for audited statements which come at the end of the fiscal year.

Notwithstanding that I go by the idea that certain information is not forthcoming to the shareholders possibly because company principals want to keep control over the project, commercial traders in the banking sector will simply not let go of this one and can destroy the shareholders in the process. The company will continue on with no real risk of going concern. But the shareholders can get wiped out. Its a terrible position to be in.

GBN.V shares trade strongly inversely correlated to the long-dated treasury price, and this is no accident, so the market to keep an eye on is 30-year U.S. treasuries along with the gold price.
