Dividend Paying Stocks
Dividends are not taxed twice, contrary to the completely false and grossly exaggerated opinions voiced on BNN.ca. As a shareholder being paid dividends, rather than taking capital gains, you would be tax advantaged in Canada.
Certainly GBN.V management would want their shareholders to hold onto their shares rather than dump them unceremoniously at the first lowball hostile bid.
