A buyer would be looking at the price below the 300-day MA or longer to see if the stock is essentially undervalued.

The intermarket in terms of TLT vs. GBN.V shares says that TLT will have topped out in August, corresponding exactly with the low of 26¢. TLT volume, although very liquid overall is in decline, despite the panic into U.S. bonds today.

GBN.V management would be very stongly advised not to base their value proposition to share price advance in a huge bear market, but instead to pay out dividends.
