Filing Deadline Missed

Filing Deadline, Sept 29, 2011

The filing deadline for the Q1, fiscal 2012 quarterly report was due on Sept. 29, 2011. This filing deadline is now missed. If April, 2011 was the end of fiscal 2011, then the Q1 fiscal 2012 report is due on Sept. 29, 2011.

The federal government also missed their deadline for passing the modification of the MMER sched 2 this September. The modification has been pending since it was put on hold for the election in May. All public consultations were completed in April, 2012.
