I give up trying to figure it out numbers pulled out of a hat. The average realized price is only at the very beginning of a massive run up in the gold price.

They threw close to $50m. at development last year, so they're setting up for a minimum of 10years production, if you want to believe the whimsical, imaginary postulations of the PEA.

Does anyone want to explain what "Cash cost of sales per ounce of gold production" means? Sheer jibberish.
