Saskatchewan's SECRET Gold Mining Development.
Roy Lloyd Mine
In comparing the Roy Lloyd with the former depression era Leitch Mine,(Goldstone) I had stated that in order for the Dickens Lake prospect to compare directly with the deposits in the Beardmore-Geraldton gold belt, that the veins in the Roy Lloyd mine structure must show perpendicular cross-hatching as the veins do in the Sand-River - Leitch mine.
I believe that this will be the case as further revelations are made about Roy Lloyd, but for the moment historical facts known about the Roy Lloyd are available to us without having to consult the strictly limited information available from the company. Its already a known fact that perpendicular cross-hatching of veins exist, if you believe the following map.
The Arseno showing is essentially part of the perpendicular cross-hatching of veins to the main Roy Lloyd deposit, much like you would find in the Sand-River - Leitch mine. The exception is that Roy Lloyd is very highly likely to be an order of magnitude larger, and in a north-south orientation vs. an east-west orientation.
There is a presumed structural en echelon duplication 300m north east of the Roy Lloyd vein, its also highly likely that a subcrop vein may lay between the two, along with the perpendicular cross-hatching as you would find in the Sand-River - Leitch mine. If you will remember, only a portion of the veins outcropped in the Leitch mine.
