Disappointing close with the gold price up. Naked shorting. Its that simple. Hard to believe that news is pending after such a long time. It will have to be totally obsolete by the time it gets posted. 10 months have gone by since they first started stockpiling ore @3X the mill rate. 31/2 months since they started processing. 1 month since the end of fiscal year.

Perhaps I'm setting too much store in the monthly chart. Monday is a holiday in the U.S., most traders will be doing other things, but its back to business on Tuesday. The Greek default seems to be pending, this has supported the bullion price, but gold equities are getting trashed. Seems to me that if you want gold, you have to get it out of the ground. You won't have much luck swapping it out these days.
