Looks like Barrick is doing a favour to Netolitzky by turning over the property if certain exploration expenses are incurred. Its kind of like an ass-backwards prospect generation, where the property is turned over to the junior rather than the senior.

This is the most news exposure that GBN.V has had in a very long time in the business press. But the business press got it wrong by automatically favouring American Bonanza over Golden Band, even though Golden Band is the operator and owns the majority interest.
