Saskatchewan's SECRET Gold Mining Development.
Notez Bien
This week, the company posted a video of the wet commissioning of the Jolu Mill. The essential here is that they have gone into production, which was announced well after the fact, and that this was made public by not releasing any news whatsoever.
Wet commissioning was said to occur on Nov. 20, though the date was changed on the video release to Nov. 24.
'Wet commissioning' and 'dry commissioning' are different approaches in chemical processing when testing throughput. If you are wet commissioning, you are essentially running the working process as it was intended in the engineering design. It doesn't take a sum total of three weeks to a month before the gold pour happens, unless you intend to delay the process.
The video appeared on the day when the discount rate peaked out, @~.16% and turned down again.
The company is, imo, deferring to the bondholders' interest once again, while the shareholder's interest is taking a back seat.
Two Factors Leading To A Share Price Rise
The two prominent factors leading to a share price rise are as follows: 1. a rise in the gold price, 2. and a decline of the discount rate.
This has resulted in a hastening of the settlement of sell-side broker's arrears, as they are doubly exposed to the rise of the share price. Its highly likely that trading desks which have sold tens of millions of shares into the market over a period of months and years without first owning them and parrying this money into other sectors are now deeply under water.
They are attempting to trade their way out, but this only results in a higher share price and higher volume.
Another factor that's not entirely forgotten is that passive shareholders are holding onto their shares after buying them. No real selling has come into the market.
So the conclusion is that the share price can continue upwards as long as the fundamentals remain intact.
As had been pointed out last week, we are advancing precipitously this morning to a retest of the high in short order.
We have re-apprehended the uptrend set years ago.
