I thank you for your outlook, I am sure that its a matter of the glass is either half empty or half full. Many of the reasons you cite are also good reasons for the reverse split.

Nobody reads the MD&A or the Financials, so my guess is that the negative numbers in the hundred thousand every so often means they run out of money and have to borrow for the short term. But they can't hit the ATM forever.

It would be a shame if the company went bankrupt for the sake of paying a few bills, in the hundred thousand dollar range, especially since they're sitting on potentially several billion dollars worth of gold.

In my point of view, the naked shorters only engage in their operations when they're sure that the company will go bankrupt, and that they have cornered the downward momentum. Just check the drill logs on any of the deposits, and you will see that they're very good, but the market just didn't respond. And the naked shorters are killing this company with all of the advantages.

The company must deal with this situation once and for all and provide a good trading platform for people who don't want to buy and hold, that the stock becomes actively traded with only say, 20 or 30 million shares in the float.

Rather than kill the play, it will be revived, especially since the economics are becoming altogether compelling. If the company adds more to the already astronomical float, then I would consider selling at the first opportunity.

Either they can decide to reverse split now in anticipation of problems they are facing down the road, or the market will decide for them and they will be forced to do it.
