Vancouver, BC / TNW-ACCESSWIRE / December 3, 2014 / Golden Arrow Resources Corporation (TSX-V: GRG, FRA: GAC (WKN: A0B6XQ), "Golden Arrow" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has filed on SEDAR a NI 43-101 Technical Report for the Chinchillas silver-lead-zinc project in Jujuy Province, Argentina, to support the updated preliminary economic assessment ("PEA") announced October 30th, 2014.

A copy of the Technical Report will also be made available on the Company's website, www.goldenarrowresources.com.

Qualified Persons

The PEA and associated Technical Report were coordinated by independent consultant Ken Kuchling, P.Eng., a mining engineer specializing in economic reviews and an independent Qualified Person as defined in NI 43-101. Additional contributing Qualified Persons on the report include:
