Golden Arrow Resources Corporation (TSX-V: GRG, FRA: GAC (WKN: A0B6XQ), the "Company" or "Golden Arrow") is pleased to announce that Mr. Joseph Grosso, President and C.E.O., and Grosso Group Management Ltd. have received an award of distinction for the Grosso Group's long track record, conviction and support of the mining industry in Argentina. The Chinchillas Silver Project is the third world-class discovery in Argentina under Mr. Grosso's stewardship and is currently being advanced by the Company.
This award was presented to Mr. Grosso at the annual Mining Industry and Mining Suppliers award night that is organized by Fundamin and the Panorama Minero publication. Mr. Grosso has a long and successful history for being at the forefront of Argentina's mining industry and is entering his third decade of exploration in the country.
This award builds on Mr. Grosso's previous recognition in 2005 when he was awarded "Exploration Man of the Year" at the Argentinean Mining Exposition in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
