The permits are now secondary. There is no way the Mexican governnment would havre gone so far as they have if they weren't going to issue the last two. They even went so far as to recommend how to submit them in a different format to get quicker approval. It's a done deal. It sholud be. This site will be an enviormental example for the rest of the country that the Mexican government is very proud of when completed. It will have the only double lined leach pad in Mexico.
