Bernanke,

I agree with much of what you're saying.

You ask, "Why compare it to MFN? Do they also have such an outstanding, world calass project?" Let's face it. who does have a world class project to compare with GORO's. IMO, no one does, so who are you going to compare it to. GORO literally is in a class by itself. I used MFN because I am very familiar with it, I have a large position in it, it is greatly undervalued, is in Mexico, and has a relitively low # of shares. However, it does get substantially more sponsorship as it is listed on a major exchange, but in no way does it have the potential of GORO. That I hope answers the MFN question.

As to why GORO doesn't moved like we believe it should.

A. As I'm sure you are aware that all juniors have been desimated. The reason for this is debatable.

B. The Oaxaca thing might be a minor factor.

C. It is over the counter so is not followed as closely as some others. In this regard, notice it took several hours for this NR to get noticed, then it showed a nice pop.

D. Does not, & will not have a standardized reserve until just about into production because of different rules governing such for US stocks.

Those I think are the primary reasons why it doesn't move like you, I, and many others believe it should. However all these are minor obstacles that will vanish when it goes into production in a few months. if you think your position isn't what you want it to be, you had better buy now because I assure you about a year from now when they announce 2nd Q results, the SP will be several to many times higher than it is now. Goro is by far my # 1 position. I have far more than I could need, but I can't help myself. I have been investing for 40 years and can't think of another with this degree of potential.

Good luck,

skys
