TSX delisted this as of Dec 30, but appears to still be trading there. Is this on the Venture Exchange (TMX shows as being on Toronto Stock Exchange), or has there been an appeal? Cannot find updates anywhere on delisting, and company never responded to my late December 2011 e-mail asking where TSX holders would be able to trade their shares if delisted.
