The President of Venezuela seems making our case against them a sure fire win. The taking back of concessions by breaking their own laws is the proof in the pudding. It seems so dumb? I can only fathom one reason to explain away some of the dumbness. The President of Venezuela is aiding in another take over bid, by another firm, at a lower price than the previous offer from RML. A bid from another entity in which fatigued and beaten shareholders just might capitulate. If that were to happen then the law suit against Venezuela would probably go away. KRY would fall next as they are a contractor and it seems they do not have a case in international court.
So get ready for a take over bid and consider now what our case is as I'm sure most here are aware. We are likely to open up somewhere else. With markets what they are we may enter into a very good opportunity in another country. Hopefully one with a cash flow or near term cash flow. (I don't care if it is small scale.) Our case in court is fool proof. An award of costs alone would give us four to five dollars a share, not counting lost interest or lost profits.
The President of Venezuela should get of his high horse and do what is right for everyone, better late than never Mr. Chavez.
