So Rusoro's case looks much worse than they were saying and Gold Reserve's version is closer to the truth.
We are asking 550 million dollars but Rusoro does not have the means to pay it. Bankruptcy if it can not find a means of financing the costs.

Bankruptcy means that we at best would see a small fraction of what we hope to obtain.
Rarely does a judge award the full amout claimed unless there are extenuating circumstances.
Criminal action on Rusoro's part, I do not mean the trespass but the core theft, must have severely prejudiced Rusoro's case. That just could give us the majority of our claim.

The 64 dollar question remains = How can we collect from Rusoro? Endeavour?
They sign over Choco 10 or Isidora to us?. Fat chance even if we wanted. They become our junior partner? Oh sure, in what universe?
