I am surprised that there is no news of goings on at the hearing. The company should have put out something about their progress and when the decision is expected to be rendered.

At the very least a comment from anyone attending the hearing. I only read a statement at Yahoo's board that MrMoribund has attended on Wednesday but would not post his observations.
