The injunction if successful, or even if not, could tie up any tendered shares for quite a long period, so be very sure of what you are doing before you tender to Rusoro.

Tendered shares cannot be traded until they are either returned if the deal fails or converted if the offer is successful.

However if Rusoro gets some GRZ shares but not enough to force the completion, which is likely IMO, they could extend the offer period which is likely to run into the injunction on the 5th Feb.

In that case tendered shares are likely to stay in limbo until the legal mess is sorted out which could be many months or even years. During that time the owners could do nothing with their shares except sit and watch and wait...
