Message: Re: VHeadline interview with Andre Agapov, senior

Rusoro needs to do a 1 for 10 reverse split, get a listing on a senior US exchange and clean up its balance sheet and then come with an offer if they can get that done.. As it stands now they are not eligible to be listed on any major exchange and that means the shareholders get ripped off on every trade in thin pink sheet markets where the MMs are skimming a couple of cents a share off every trade.

Has anyone considered that there is no way that Rusoro can get listed in the US except on the pink sheets with their current structure and issued share count and the situation would be even worse if they added on another 170 to 200 million shares needed to complete the GRZ takeover.

While I have seen the statement that "Rusoro is the prefered mining partner" often repeated the only source of that seems to be Rusoro itself. Has anyone seen any official Venezuelan government document or offical announcement that states that as a fact, or is Rusoro's status self proclaimed?
