The reason is the placement of pit wall? They intend to place a pit wall at the property line? The pit should be meters from the same line if not much further, as if they have no room to place it anywhere else.They could have done the drilling within meters of the property line on their side. I say that is a lame excuse to be drilling on Choco 5 property.
This reads to me as an admission of guilt. The fact that they have admitted it in a press release before the trial begins means that they are on shaky ground and are trying to limit the damages.
Also Gold Reserve did not challenge Rusoro's ability to operate, just the ability to turn a profit from it's present properties based on data provided by Rusoro and not some fiction.
