Edgy, failure to respond within the 90 day time limit is an automatic denial and the revocation of our permit to construct the Brisas mine will stand for the reasons stated by MinAmb. After that time GRZ can pick up their bat and ball and go home leaving a couple of lawyers to fight the legal case for damages and loss of profits.

Running such a case isn't very expensive, but it will take time and like all lawsuits there can be no guarantees, but it would be a strong case so there would be incentive for Vz to settle early.

GRZ has sufficient funds and saleable (or useable) mining equipment to leverage the company into a new mining project or projects. The current environment is very difficult for small miners needed cash and equipment and GRZ's available cash is sufficient to kick start a small to medium mine anywhere in the world and to give GRZ a significant interest in it.

In fact getting all permits and going alone on the Brisas project could be more difficult than scaling down into a smaller project elsewhere.
