Gil, charting is just about useless in this situation because it applies to normal trading and relies on past history, well did it fortell Ortega's edict? Does it fortell Chavez's comments, if any?
Just about any judiciary should recognize a contract for what it is. Each party is obliged to fullfill a contract. If one party breaks or attempts to modify one then the other party is owed compensation.
Basicly Ortega is breaking a contract and besides refunding all expenses incurred by Gold Reserve, owes compensation for breaking at least one.
So any contract can be rescinded BUT it has to be compensated for. Too bad I hold no law degrees in any jurisdiction, lol.
Cheers.
