It's pretty easy to make a case for $2.80 a share even if you consider that there is no value at all in Brisas and Choco.
A major could do a quick hostile bid here and get the cash, the equipment and make a profit. They would have the rights to Choco and Brisas and could then demand compensation or just keep them on ice for virtually zero cost until things improve for miners in Venezuela.
