GLOBAL HUNTER PROVIDES UPDATE ON NEW NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Vancouver, British Columbia, November 13, 2009 - Global Hunter Corp. (TSX.V: BOB) provides an update to its news release of November 6, 2009 announcing a new non-brokered private placement. As the temporary price relief provided by TSXV expired on September 30, 2009, the Company must now offer its shares at market price. The Company is, therefore, pleased to announce it has arranged a non-brokered private placement of up to 40,000,000 Units at the price of $0.05 per Unit to raise gross proceeds of up to $2,000,000. Each Unit will consist of one common share and one nontransferable share purchase warrant. Each warrant will be exercisable to acquire one additional common share of the Company for $0.10 for two years after closing.

All shares comprised in the Units and any shares issued on exercise of the warrants will be subject to a four month hold period. On closing, the Company will pay a finder's fee in respect of the private placement in accordance with TSX Venture Exchange policies. The proceeds from the private placement will be used to satisfy the Company's indebtedness to Verona Development Corp. and for general working capital. This financing is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.

No new insiders and no control persons will be created as a result of the private placement. All shares comprised in the Units and any shares issued on exercise of the warrants will be subject to a four month hold period. On closing, the Company will pay finder's fees in respect of a portion of the private placement in accordance with TSX Venture Exchange policies.

The program at the property has focused on further defining the resource and economics of Las Posadas deposit.
