Still No GTGP PR on Acquisition Closing

Maybe we see it later today. Hope not tomorrow as Fridays are usually for the bad news. So, maybe they wait until Monday, which is typically for good news.

Regardless, if the acquisiton closes on the 25th as claimed in the previous PR, then the calendar shows Halloween will be the last day an 8K is due. Halloween. Seems appropriate.
