Well, looks like being in the Greys trumps any good news. Sure, precentage wise the close looks great, up 15%. But, that is three cents. And considering this is an acquisition of an outfit that is supposed to save the world, many are not buying it.
No trades after 2:08pm et. Uh, not sure if that is explainable, at all. Heck, this thing was down for a bit after the pop on the news. So, only conclusion is Greys trump ANY news. OUCH!
Might be a P&D coming. or, maybe the PR's are buoying sp to sell into, although today's volume seemed to not indicate so. But, those 1.7M recently made tradeable shares are looming for some reason. Blogger saying MERDI did not take any shares for the acquisition.
