6:47 - MSE Global - no public information in the local press or on local television this morning, the non-disclosure agreement is essentially nonexistent any more, and employees of MSE who do the daily work are keeping a watch for work in other firms - pretty much regardless of whether or not there is a sale deal. Right or wrong, there isn't much optimism about continuing work at MSE - with or without a Fallacaro deal. Working for a man who dumps federal paperwork required by the SEC is hardly the sort of leadership employees want in a firm dependent on endless federal paperwork compliance requirements. 10-4-12

THURSDAY, OCTOBER 4 2012: DEAD QUIET CHIEF EXECUTIVE RACE: Neither of Butte's CE candidates are campaigning in public - no policy positions - no ideas - good or bad. As far as Butte is concerned, the campaign is apparently over. None of that is a good thing for the community, for sure. 10-4-12
