3:58 - The Updater has received information from our sources that there are still several items in dispute in the proposed contract of the MERDI-MSE-Fallacaro negotiations. While it is an MSE viewpoint - their insiders now believe that Fallacaro continues to put up roadblocks to the deal and that there are more than a dozen serious issues unresolved - one being his apparent inability to actually produce any signficant amount of cash - and certainly not enough green money to close the dea at this point. The sense of the MERDI legal team is that he is attempting to queer the deal in a way that he can blame the failure to close on MERDI and MSE. We now have various sources bringing us information with a sense of discouragement. about the timing - enough to suggest a closing this week is possible but improbable. 10-3-12
