Did a bit of DD, and shares used for an acquisition apparently would need to be restricted, for one year. The 1.7 were issued as free trading. Not so good.

Likely going to be some major unloading come Monday. Regardless of any PR.

Not sure of any particular strategy, but may go with both buys and sells. With a PR, could help in selling possibly higher than the close of a couple of weeks ago. Sell high early in week, and buy low down the road so that cost average is lowered. Try to sell high enough to get back original stake and accumulate low and get to as close as free shares as possible. Of course, that would be ideal, but somewhat difficult since Bid/Ask is completely unknown at all times. But, with perserverance, it could be accomplished. Or, just stay out once out.

From reviewing posts on other hubs, appears the normal way these things go is the first day, maybe two, SP is halved. And, SP will have wild swings. Sometimes SP actually moves up the first day, but usually not. Volume will be up the first week, possibly two, with SP possibly maintaining a quarter of original close when suspended. After that, slow sink to sub penny with rate of decline depending on optimistic spec players. Could GTGP be different? Most certainly, but history indicates this situation is a death blow for a ticker.

Well, it is what it is. Will this be resurrected from the Greyveyard? History sez no. Time will tell.
