Headed for the Grey Market until financials are brought up-to-date.

No broker-dealer will trade this until financials are current.

This was THE Last Red Flag, and it took the stock down.

Technicals could not have seen this coming, and the SEC never leaks these actions.

No more recommendation at this time. Stay away until up-to-date financials. Then, Maybe.
