Will third time, above a buck, be a charm?

UP 12.5% to close at $1.08 on 94k traded. Kinda low volume. Norm is closer to 130k.

Might be that shares are being held tight, and players do not want to pay up. Float on this is quite small, and the CEO holds a bundle of the shares. This has potential, so perform DD.

Need to close above a buck three days in a row for it to be considered support. Even then there are no guarantees, especially with a play that is news driven. Might have to pay up in order to play. There was a huge bid at 0.97, and pops up periodically when they (MM's) are not hiding it.

Currently a double-and-a-half+ since this hub was started. May go further. DD, DD, DD.
